Joe Van Belleghem is a partner at Windmill Developments, a triple bottom line development company focusing solely on green building developments. Windmill Developments currently has several LEED projects throughout Canada, including Dockside Green in Victoria, a 1.3 million-square-foot, mixed-use brownfield sustainable community redevelopment.
