Green Government Task Force
With Green Building Alliance as a key catalyst, the City of Pittsburgh formed a Green Government Task Force late in 2006 to create a plan for reducing the city’s energy consumption and greenhouse gas emissions.
Greening of Historic Properties National Summit
Green Building Alliance and the Pittsburgh History & Landmarks Foundation, collaborating with the National Trust for Historic Preservation, presented the “Greening of Historic Properties National Summit” in 2006.
Pittsburgh’s Climate Protection Initiative
